Core Service
Secondary Processing
Molding and casting are only the first step. Our secondary processing lines turn raw molded and die cast parts into finished, ready-to-use components — CNC machined, surface finished, printed and assembled in the same facility, so you deal with one supplier and one quality standard.

All-In-One Manufacturing
From raw part to finished product, without leaving the building.
Most molded and cast parts need more work before they can be used: a machined sealing face, a threaded hole, a painted or plated surface, a logo, a mating component. Sending those operations to separate suppliers adds cost, lead time and one more place for quality to slip.
We handle machining, surface finish and product assembly in-house, alongside our mold shop and molding floor. The same project manager, the same QC department and the same 24-hour communication follow your part from the first shot to the packed carton.
Three ways we finish your parts.
Each service runs on its own line with its own specialists, but they are planned together so your part moves straight from one step to the next.
CNC Machining
Milling, turning, drilling and tapping on molded, die cast and solid stock parts — plus CNC prototype machining before you invest in a mold.
Surface Finishing
Polishing, texturing, painting, powder coating, anodizing, plating, silk-screen and pad printing and laser marking to your specification.
Products Assembly
Ultrasonic welding, PCB soldering, mechanical fastening, testing and packing — complete products shipped from one factory.
Simple From Start to Finish
Why keep secondary operations with your molder.
01
Shorter Lead Time
No shipping between suppliers and no waiting in another factory's queue — parts move to the next line the same day.
02
One Quality Standard
The QC department that approved the molded part inspects the machined, finished and assembled part too.
03
Lower Total Cost
One quotation, one set of fixtures and no double handling or extra packaging between operations.
04
Design Feedback
Our DFM review covers machining and finishing too, so features are designed to be finished, not just molded.
Capabilities
What our secondary processing lines handle.
01
CNC Milling & Turning
Threaded holes, heat-staked or press-fit brass inserts and post-mold machining of sealing faces and bores.
02
Drilling, Tapping & Inserts
Threaded holes, heat-staked or press-fit brass inserts and post-mold machining of sealing faces and bores.
03
Polishing & Texturing
SPI polish grades from A-1 mirror to D-3 blast, and VDI / MT chemical-etch textures matched across mating parts.
04
Painting, Coating & Plating
Spray painting, soft-touch and UV coatings, powder coating, anodizing, chrome and nickel plating and EMI shielding.
In-House Control
Part design, prototyping, mold making, molding, machining, surface finish, assembly and packing are mostly done in-house — easier to control on timeline and quality, and up to two weeks faster on urgent builds.
