CNC Machining
Precision milling, turning, drilling and tapping on the same CNC machines that cut our molds. We machine features that cannot be molded, finish molded and die cast parts to tight tolerances, and cut CNC prototypes so you can test your design before investing in a mold.

Precision Machining
Mold-shop accuracy, applied to your parts.
Our tool shop runs a high-speed FANUC CNC machine imported from Japan, two large-stroke CNC machines and a fully automatic CMM. The same equipment and programmers that hold 0.005 mm on a cavity insert machine your production parts and prototypes.
Send us a 3D file (STP or IGS) with the tolerances and material — we return a quotation within 24 hours, and we are willing to sign an NDA before you share files.
Post-Mold Machining
Features That Cannot Be Molded or Cast
Some features are cheaper or more accurate to machine after molding: precision bores, flat sealing faces, fine threads, O-ring grooves and holes at angles a mold cannot pull. We machine molded and die cast parts on dedicated fixtures so every part locates the same way.
- Milling and drilling of bores, slots, pockets and mounting holes
- Tapping and thread milling — or heat-staked and press-fit brass inserts
- Turning of shafts, bushings and round housings
- Sealing faces and gasket grooves machined flat and true on die cast housings
Prototype Machining
Test the Design Before You Cut a Mold
For early testing, CNC prototype machining is usually the better first step — you get parts in the real material, with real strength and finish, in days rather than weeks. Once testing is complete, injection molding can be carried out with confidence.
- Plastics — ABS, PC, POM, PA, PMMA, PP, PEEK from solid stock
- Metals — aluminum, brass, stainless steel, tool steel
- Finishing — bead blasting, painting, anodizing or polishing to match the molded part
- DFM feedback from the same engineers who will design your mold
