Die Casting
Die Casting Production
From die trial to finished, packed components. We run high-pressure die casting production in aluminum, zinc and magnesium, then trim, machine, surface finish and assemble the castings in-house — so you receive complete parts, not raw castings, from one supplier.
Full-Service Production
Consistent metal parts, cycle after cycle, all year round.
Die casting is at its best in volume: high tooling cost is spread across lots of 5,000 to 20,000+ pieces, and the process delivers dimensional precision and repeatability few other methods can match. Our production combines superior tooling with controlled high-pressure casting to keep every part cost-effective without cutting corners on quality.
Manual process monitoring paired with automation means flaws are caught and corrected early — protecting finish and product integrity and minimizing waste, so return clients get the same high-quality output every time.
Casting & Trimming
High-Pressure Casting on the Right Machine
Zinc and magnesium parts run on fast hot-chamber machines at up to 300–350 units an hour; aluminum runs on cold-chamber machines at 75–150 units an hour. Each die is matched to the machine tonnage and shot capacity it needs, and the casting parameters set at die trial are locked into the production record.
- Automatic ladling, spraying and extraction for repeatable cycles
- Trim dies remove runners, overflows and flash cleanly
- Shot blasting or vibratory finishing for a uniform as-cast surface
Machining, Finishing & Assembly
Finished Components, Not Raw Castings
Castings move straight from the press to our machining and finishing lines. Critical surfaces, bores and threads are CNC machined; the part is then finished to your specification and assembled with inserts, fasteners or mating plastic parts before packing.
- CNC milling, drilling and tapping with CMM inspection
- Powder coating, painting, anodizing, plating and polishing
- Leak testing and pressure testing for pump, compressor and housing parts
- Assembly and packing to your instructions, shipped worldwide
How It Works
Five steps from approved die to shipped parts.
01
Die Trial & Approval
Sample castings measured and porosity checked; parameters locked.
02
Casting
Hot- or cold-chamber production with monitored process control.
03
Trimming & Machining
Flash removed, critical features CNC machined and inspected.
04
Surface Finishing
Coating, plating, anodizing or polishing to specification.
05
Assembly & Delivery
Final inspection, assembly, packing and global shipping.
