Our Facility

A Company Built To Run Continuously

Our plastic molding company sits in Dong Guan City, China, 15 minutes from our mould factory — a 12,000 square meter facility with 25 injection molding machines ranging from 60 to 2,000 tons, including 3 double injection molding machines.

Capabilities & Quality

Rich Experience, Fully Verified Quality

We produce molded plastic components across a wide range of sizes and volumes, with deep experience in multi-cavity molds, overmolding, hot runner molds, gas-assist molding, double injection molding, insert molding and more.

Every part dimension is measured on a CMM before production and sent for your approval. Our QC department records every batch for full traceability, and we run a complete DFM (design for manufacturability) report before any mold making begins — flagging surface requirements, sink marks and gate marks in advance to save time and prevent costly issues.

Molding Processes

Five ways to shape your plastic part.

Understanding these processes helps you find the best fit for your project and budget.

Our Core Service

Injection Molding

Molten plastic forced into a mold at high pressure, cooled, then ejected. Best for large volumes, tight tolerances and intricate features — mold cost is higher, but unit price drops fast at scale.

Extrusion Molding

Molten material passes continuously through a die to form a profile — ideal for sheet, film, pipe, trim and window frame production at high linear speed.

Thermoforming Molding

A heated plastic sheet is vacuum- or pressure-formed over a mold. Lower tooling cost than injection molding, well suited to larger, simpler parts.

Blow Molding

Efficiently produces hollow items like bottles, containers and light globes, and shapes like air ducts and gas tanks, via extrusion or injection blow molding.

Rotomolding

Powdered resin coats a rotating, heated mold to form large hollow shapes like light globes and yard toys — low tooling cost, longer cycle times.

The Basics

What Is Plastic Molding?

Plastic moulding is the process of using a plastic molding machine and mold to create plastic products. Plastic material goes into a heating barrel heated to 280–320°C, melting it into a liquid that's mixed and forced into a mold cavity — then cooled to hold the shape you want.

If you're developing a new product, plastic molded parts will likely be part of your build — though for early testing, 3D printing or CNC prototype machining is usually the better first step. Once testing is complete, injection molding can be carried out with confidence.
