Die Casting Mold Manufacturing
Reusable steel dies for aluminum, zinc and magnesium high-pressure die casting, built in our own Dongguan tool shop. From casting simulation and die design to hardened H13 tooling, heat treatment and first die trial — one team accountable for the whole build.
3 alloys Al · Zn · Mg
H13 hardened die steel
±0.075 mm casting tolerance
Superior Tooling First
The die decides the quality of every casting.
A die casting mold is filled with molten metal at around 1,400 °F under high pressure, thousands of times a day. Its steel, its cooling and its gating decide how consistent the parts are and how long the tool lasts — which is why we combine superior tooling with a controlled high-pressure process to keep every part cost-effective without cutting corners on quality.

Steel & Machining
Hardened H13 Dies Built to Survive the Heat
Die casting tools face thermal shock on every cycle, so cavity inserts, cores and slides are made from hot-work tool steel — H13 / 2344 or 8407 — vacuum heat treated to 44–48 HRC and, where needed, nitrided for longer life against molten aluminum.
- CNC, EDM and wire-cut machining on our own equipment, with CMM inspection of every insert
- Standard die bases sized to your casting machine, with interchangeable cavity inserts
- Die trial on a casting machine — samples, X-ray or section check for porosity and a full dimension report before shipping
Design & Simulation
Gating, Venting and Cooling Engineered Before Steel
Every die starts with a casting-flow simulation. We study how the molten alloy fills the cavity, where air is trapped and where the metal solidifies last, then place the gates, overflows, vents and cooling lines to prevent porosity, cold shuts and shrinkage defects.
- DFM report — draft, wall thickness, radii and parting line reviewed for die casting
- Flow and solidification simulation to set gate, runner and overflow positions
- 3D die design with cavity inserts, slides, core pins, ejection and cooling for your sign-off
How We Build Your Die
