Our 12,000 square meter molding facility in Dongguan runs 25 injection molding machines from 60 to 2,000 tons, including 3 double injection machines, 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. Because the mold and the parts come from the same company, there is no hand-off — the engineers who trialled your tool set up and run your production.
Send us your 3D data (STP or IGS) for an estimated price and initial DFM evaluation. You lose nothing and gain our competitive price for reference. We never share your data with third parties and will sign an NDA to protect your project.

From Prototype Runs to High-Volume Production
We produce molded plastic components across a wide range of sizes and volumes — short pilot runs while your production tool is finished, or continuous high-volume production on multi-cavity hot runner molds.
- Machines from 60 to 2,000 tons for parts from a few grams to large automotive and appliance housings
- Engineering resins — ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PA, PBT, POM, PP, PE, PMMA, TPE and glass-filled grades
- Multi-cavity, hot runner, gas-assist and insert molding on the same floor
- Secondary operations — printing, painting, ultrasonic welding and assembly in-house
Quality Control
Measured Before Production, Recorded Every Batch
Every part dimension is measured on a CMM before production starts and sent to you for approval. During the run, our QC department records every batch, so any part can be traced back to its machine, material lot and process settings.
A complete DFM report is issued before any mold making begins — flagging surface requirements, sink marks and gate marks in advance to save time and prevent costly issues.

DFM feedback helps identify wall thickness problems, draft, undercuts, sink marks, weld lines and gating concerns before they become expensive tooling changes.
